Hello and let me introduce myself.  My name is Sirio and I created this blog a few months ago in order to do something outside of my normal 9-5 responsibilities along with my girlfriend.  For whatever reason things kind of took off so we decided to take Awesome Robo(Formerly Awesome Robot! on blogger) to the next step with the help of some very talented individuals.

AwesomeRobo is a website created by a group of ragtag members from different walks of life and nationalities.  Our focus?  Nothing crazy, just to find stuff we find cool and post it in one easy to find resource.

As the founder, I'd like to make this place a very community oriented effort where the users can really feel like they're actively contributing.  In what way?  We haven't figured it out 100% but I'm sure we'll figure something out.  We look forward to featuring our members, their content and opinions prominently on AwesomeRobo.  Why?  I'm tired of websites that forget the importance of the users in order to meet investor goals.
